When Michael took over he took improved photos and proposed some minor/inexpensive changes for the home. We had multiple offers within 48hrs and it ended up being purchased above list price. I only wish I had used him sooner. He excelled is every aspect of the sale but I would say his best attribute is communication. Every time we had a question he would either answer it immediately or let us know what he was doing to get the answer. He also worked directly with subcontractors to make the aforementioned improvements so we didn’t have to deal with several different people. This was huge considered we live in a different state now.
